I’m Deepa Ajish, a result-oriented Technology Leader with over 20 years of comprehensive experience in transformation and automation using cutting-edge technology solutions. My experience involves solving complex business problems to transform processes through the judicious application of technology. I am a collaborative leader who builds respected teams and coordinates business units and technical teams to develop and deploy solutions. Furthermore, I provide risk and policy compliance solutions to meet regulatory requirements through extensive use of technology. Besides, I am well-versed in providing simple, innovative, user-friendly, and cost-effective client-centric solutions. My extensive experience encompasses complex transformation projects including process automation and business transformation.
Outside of work, I mentor, coach, and share my knowledge with others by writing technical articles. I am passionate about supporting and promoting the empowerment of women.
